2” Mechanical Seam
The Waard Metals Span Lok is a mechanically field-seamed standing seam panel that can be used for structural or architectural applications. It can be installed directly over purlins or bar joists and does not require a solid substructure for support. It is secured with concealed clips, and the side laps are locked together using a mechanical seaming machine at the job site.
The Span Lok roofing panel provides exceptionally high wind uplift resistance and structural integrity. The panels are formed with 24-gauge steel and coated with a Fluoropolymer PVDF (Kynar) paint system, providing durability and energy efficiency to any application.

1.75” Snaplock with Clip
The Waard Metals Custom Lok is one of the most versatile roofing panels on the market. Custom Lok is a snap-together, concealed fastener, standing seam panel that can be used for residential, architectural, and light structural applications. It can be installed directly over open framing or a solid substructure. The metal panel is secured with concealed clips and the ribs lock securely together without the use of any special tools. The installation offers high levels of wind uplift protection and also allows these roof panels to float on the roof deck, allowing for expansion and contraction with extreme temperature.

The symmetrical rib 7.2 Panel offers excellent spanning and cantilever capabilities, making it an excellent choice for a variety of wall and roof cladding. Retro-RⓇ
Cost Effective
The Retro-RⓇ panel eliminates the need for the disruptive roof and wall removal process entirely, as it is installed directly over an existing R panel. In addition to saving time in the project schedule and maintaining operations, this exposed fastening system requires fewer installation accessories, thus reducing cost and still providing a new roof and longer life. This panel has rib spacing 12″ on center with a rib height of 1-1/16″ and the minimum slope is ½:12. The Retro-R® panel has a Drip Stop membrane to prevent rust from the old roof or wall from transferring to the new panel.

Picturesque Western Look
The Rustic C panel is the ultimate roofing panel for innovative builders who choose the beautifully weathered look of rusted steel. Designed to naturally oxidize, Rustic C panels provide a picturesque western look. The Rustic C panel is recommended for installation in arid and semi-arid climates and can be used for roof and wall applications. Decorative Accents
PBC panels can be used for both roof and wall applications. They are attached to a building structure with exposed fasteners. The PBC corrugated panel is often used in horizontal applications on walls and as decorative accents.

PBR
Extremely Durable
The PBR panel profile is ideal for a variety of architectural, agricultural, commercial, and industrial applications. PBR panels are a multi-use roof and wall panel that are extremely durable and cost-effective. Waard offers a selection of coatings designed to protect metal panels, including Signature® 200, Signature® 300, and Galvalume Plus®. The Galvalume Plus R panels are designed to resist damage from rust. PBR metal panels can be installed vertically or horizontally and are considered a staple.

Waard Metals Paragon Series features a 1″ deep flush metal panel designed for use in vertical or horizontal applications for wall, fascia, and soffit. Available options include a traditional smooth appearance, perforation, and an optional reveal of up to 3″ in ½” increments. Regardless of the pattern, the 1″ depth and the tongue-and-groove engagement remain the same. These panels are formed with 24-gauge steel and coated with a Fluoropolymer PVDF (Kynar) paint system, providing durability and energy efficiency to any application.
